Join us for a time of reflection that will include prayer, talks, and discussion! The retreat will focus on our relationship with Jesus Christ and ministering from our identity as beloved sons & daughters of God. Whether you are a Pastor of a Parish, Youth Minister, a busy parent with a passion for ministry, or a young adult striving to build community, this retreat is for you! The retreat is from 10 am-3pm with plenty of breaks throughout. Feel free to join and stay for as long as you can!

This is our last Holy Hour & Social Hour before we take a break for summer and it is even more special because we are opening our doors to all the young adults at parishes in the Portland area! Join us and spread the word to your friends for the opportunity to engage in guided prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament and then socialize at our world market-themed social hour after! There will be food, activities, and sounds from the many different countries of the world. Looking for a community with a professional focus grounded in Catholic values? Attend a YCP event and join like-minded, mission-driven peers to find God in all things and seek excellence and joy in every area of your life. Young adults in their 20s and 30s are invited to join the Portland Chapter of Young Catholic Professionals for a free Executive Speaker Series on Tuesday, June 13, from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral in Portland. YCP Executive Speaker Series is a free event open to the public in which experienced professionals share their career and faith journeys with young adults, challenging them to "Work in Witness for Christ." This event includes a talk/Q&A with our guest speaker about living your faith in the worship, fellowship, free appetizers and drinks, and a spiritual reflection. Stay tuned for the announcement of our speaker and other details about the event!

Hey everyone! We are getting the Catholic young adults out on the dance floor with monthly ballroom dancing! Everyone ages 18-35 are welcome to a great opportunity to meet other Catholics from different parishes in the area. We will have basic swing and waltz sessions every month so that everyone will have the opportunity to dance. Join us every third Sunday (some exceptions), 7:00-10:00 PM in Aquinas Hall. Please dress in semi-formal attire, $3 cover charge at the door.

Join us this summer to celebrate the feast of our Holy Father Saint Benedict! The 2023 festival begins with noon prayer in the Abbey church and concludes with a procession on the Hilltop with a statute of St. Benedict, ending in the church with vespers at 4 pm. Other activities include: a gourmet picnic lunch on the Hilltop, special exhibits that share our Benedictine monastic life, Benedictine Brewery beer (including the NEW bourbon barrel-aged beer), local Oregon wines, and live music. The festival is for adults 21 and over. Tickets are $60. Volunteer opportunities are available. Festival entry for volunteers is complimentary. Email sbfvolunteer@mtangel.edu.
